Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided through this site or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on site conditions at the time of service. If we encounter something we did not expect, we will tell you, in writing or verbally, before we perform additional work.

Service and access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including tank lids, cleanouts, and adjacent ground. We will not perform service if we believe site conditions are unsafe for our crew or our equipment.

Payment

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed under Idaho law.

Warranties and limitations

We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work causes a problem within thirty days of service, contact us and we will make it right. We do not warranty the underlying septic system itself, parts supplied by third parties, or any pre-existing condition we did not cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.

Third-party services

Some features of this site rely on third-party platforms, including online scheduling. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or downtime in third-party services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
