FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How often should I have my septic tank pumped?
For most Treasure Valley homes, every three to five years. Larger households, or properties with a garbage disposal, tend toward the shorter end of that range. We can check sludge depth at any pump-out and tell you when to plan the next one.
Do you handle emergencies on nights and weekends?
Yes. Mike dispatches 24/7 across the Treasure Valley for backups, overflows, and stuck systems. Call the main line any time and you will reach him directly or he will call you right back.
Do you do real estate septic inspections?
Yes. We deliver a written report with photos and depth measurements within 24 hours that you can hand to your lender or title company. We are familiar with what local underwriters need to close.
Do I have to be home for service?
For a routine pump-out, no. We just need access to the tank lids and a way to confirm payment afterward. For inspections and repairs we generally prefer the owner is on site, so we can walk through the findings.
Will you tear up my yard?
No. We take great care to minimize disruption to your property. If your tank lids are buried, some digging will be necessary to access them. We backfill the area, clean up thoroughly, and leave your property as neat as possible. Because excavation is involved, some signs of the work may remain until the soil settles or grass regrows.
